Looking for more than just 'solar C&I lead generation'?

Solar Site Design is so much more than 'just another lead generation service' for commercial and industrial solar. The founding team has been selling C&I solar for over 12 years, so it was learned early on that leveraging established relationships helps solar installers win projects in the commercial and industrial solar space. We wanted to share these tactics with solar installers across the country, so we built our new Solar Site Design C&I Marketplace.

Through the Marketplace, solar installers have the opportunity to connect to our network of originators - many of whom are commercial energy auditors, energy efficiency consultants, former chamber of commerce leaders, and so much more. So, what makes us more than 'just C&I solar lead generation'? 
  • Preliminary Drawings and Estimates. Solar Site Design prepares a preliminary working model (drawing + estimate) for the originator and client to review together, so we can understand fairly quickly whether or not the client is interested. We solve the question of, "well, give me a ballpark figure on how much this will cost." We've learned over the years that if the client isn't interested in providing 12 months of utility bills, they're not that serious about installing solar. So, we train our originators to collect the utility bills, marking one more to-do item off your list. 
  • Leveraging Relationships. By the time you are introduced to the client, they have already decided they want to install solar. We do not believe in sending you cold leads. All of the solar project leads in our system come from originators who have spoken - and presented - to their clients about installing solar. Developing solar projects together with our professional originator channels leverages the most powerful relationship you'll need to close the deal. 
  • Educating the Client. One of the most important parts of the lead nurturing process includes educating the client, especially the decision maker(s). Our network of originator channels spend weeks - and sometimes months - helping to educate the decision maker(s) on the benefits of going solar. We know this can be time consuming for installers, so we work hard to take care of this important up-front task.
